Blue Floral

This is the blue floral blanket that I am making as a gift.  Maybe.  I might give it to Project Linus though.  I used the pattern found here.  I used Caron Simply Soft yarn, with a size C hook.

Little Lambs

Sheep fleece, with variegated pink/white/blue baby yarn.  I don't remember the pattern to this one, but it looks just like a basic shell pattern.  This blanket was donated to Project Linus.

Pretty Pink

This is just a plain pink fleece baby blanket, I think I got it in the remnants area cheap. It was made using this pattern. Super easy, but cute. This blanket was given to project linus.

Floral Flannel

This is a flannel project. Sewed two pieces of flannel together, and poked holes using an ice pick, before I had the Edgerydoo. I love double layered flannel for baby blankets, heck I think they even make child and teen appropriate flannel too. But I hate hate hate sewing them together. Fleece does not fray and requires no sewing. This blanket went to Project Linus.

Nursery Babies

This is a baby project made for a woman/baby that my mom's work had "adopted" for the holidays. Took me 2 days to complete this one. I love this pattern with the orange ruffled edges. I actually went back and bought 2 more blankets worth of fleece, that I am keeping on hand for gender-neutral baby blankets. I may try a lime green edge - but I just love the orange. Not very often can I find ways to incorporate orange into my life!

I poked the holes with the Edgerydoo. It's a plastic template and awl system that help you get perfectly spaced holes to crochet through. Please ask if you have any questions about the edgerydoo - I LOVE this tool!

The pattern came from the edgerydoo site here. I love the ruffled edge this has!
